Programme content:
Each programme follows the same structure:
- Analyse the current overall situation and create a vision for the future.
- Identify the various key competences within the team (the strengths) and develop a plan to maximise them.
- Define key priorities and how to address them.
- Make a personal plan for every member in the team.
- Create an action plan for the team as a whole – Who? What? When?
We will conduct a survey at the beginning and at the end of the programme to enable you to evaluate the progress we have made together.
