I have come to understand that working internationally is a double-edged sword. It can be fantastic and it can be very frustrating. I have experienced it myself, having worked and studied in various countries.  My role as a founder of Lidgard Education is to turn a challenge into an asset. This is done by bringing understanding of cultural differences and how they affect attitudes, feelings and behaviour.

When I worked as a management consultant, I came to realise that the atmosphere of a workplace is more important than business models and procedures. Where harmony and joy reside, cooperation and effectiveness thrive. This is what Lidgard Education wants to bring to you.
